In Berlin's Futurium, the exhibition "Democracy in Transition", opening 16.03.2023, explores the dynamic relationship between social media and democracy.
I had the opportunity to work alongside a design studio in Berlin La Loma in the thought-provoking media installation known as the “Opinionator.” This interactive display offers visitors a glimpse into the powerful tools utilized by influencers to sway public opinion, shedding light on both their benefits and drawbacks.

As visitors approach the installation, they are warmly greeted by an animated avatar who serves as their guide. The avatar introduces three commonly employed methods within the influencer industry: Geotargeting, Social Listening, and A/B testing. The visitors are then presented with the opportunity to decide for themselves whether they would employ these techniques to shape the opinions of others. To enhance the avatar’s explanations, captivating animated graphics bring the concepts to life before the visitors’ eyes.
